Hi, I'm Kelsey!  We are Morning Grit Farm, a family of 6 who has been opening our farm up as a venue since 2018. We love the small town community here in Rose Hill, KS!

I grew up in a small town in SW Kansas, participating in 4-H and learning to care for many farm animals. We moved to the farm in 2017 so we could grow more of our own food, raise farm animals, and allow our kids to learn the value of hard work and responsibility that comes with caring for God's animals and nature that surrounds us.

 

We host parties and events on our farm with our animals. Our property is also a venue that can be rented for family gatherings, client events, and weddings.

 

Local photographers can book the property and even animals to use for kids/family mini sessions.

 

We also offer beginner and intermediate horseback riding lessons April-Oct.
